Third stop NEW YORK CITY.

Zuek welcomed us in NYC. We took a drink at Max Fish and then went to a italian reataurant for a late snack... Zuek has always interesting projects going on... stay tuned. Always a pleasure to meet this guy!

We visited Kimou aka Grotesk on 255 Elisbeth street where he is working on a new project for Nike... I really like the concept...

Little snack at Katz Delicatessen... haha...

We visited Kostas Seremetis in his studio, checked out his new paintings, went to dinner and took a view drinks in some bars.
We had a lot of fun... Thanks Kostas!

All in all a great inspiring trip and I hope to come back soon!

Second stop LOS ANGELES.

We arrived late and went directly to a dinner with Cris Gibbs from UNION LA. Later we went to Drais a Nightclub at top of the W Hotel. The club was packed and the crowd was crazy but honestly not my cup of tea...

The next day we checked out some stores. Currently UNION LA is the only CARHARTT Europe account in the U.S. and Carhartt Europe seems to be very succesful there. Also the selection of all the other brands there is great. We spend the day with Chris and later we went to the opening of Parras Soloshow at Project space... Thanks chris for showing us around!

We had a meeting with Khalil Joseph...

He is the director of this awesome clips... so good!

SAN FRANCISCO - LOS ANGELES - NEW YORK

End of mach, beginning of april we spend two weeks in the U.S.
Arnaud and me wanted to vist a couple of shops and had a lot of appointments with artists, illustrators, photographers, distributors, a director and friends... a lot of great impressions at once in a very short time!

First stop SAN FRANCISCO

We visited Benny Gold in his new studio and store. It was two weeks before his store opening but he and his wife Hiromi were really relaxed. Now we all know that the opening was a real success.... Congratulations! We talked about further projects and the next evening we met us again for dinner and a couple of drinks... Thanks Benny and Hiromi for the great time...
